[1] The dimensions of piezo stack is not include thickness of resin. The single side thickness of Gray resin is 50μm and the green resin is 0.5mm, outlet size single side +1mm, tolerance +/-0.2mm, the heightness tolerance +/-0.05mm.
[2] PSt150: stroke is under 0~150V, Max. stroke is under -30~150V. Recommended voltage 0-120V for long-time high reliability. PSt50: Max. stroke is under 0~50V. PSt100: Max. stroke is under 0~100V.
